Villa Hanna is certainly a most charming property in Porto Rotondo. A prime location on a rocky cliff over the sea, with a marvelous sandy beach and sea views on
Porto Rotondo is located in the north-eastern part of Sardinia. Just 28 kilometres away from Porto Cervo and 19 kilometres from the commercial and private airport in Olbia, between the gulfs Cugnana and Marinella.
It is one of the most important places for national and international tourism next to Porto Cervo. Porto Rotondo hosts a fully equipped tourist port with a high number of moorings for boats.
The touristic development is dating back to 1964, started by the Venetians, Luigi and Nicolò Donà dale Rose, as part of an initiative undertaken by a group of entrepreneurs. This is where its architecture, which decidedly resembles the structure of Venice, comes from and, not surprisingly, the main square is Piazzetta San Marco.
It is generally considered a Costa Smeralda locality, even though it is technically not part of it. Around the Spot you can find a selection of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, nightclubs, beach clubs, luxury Villas and Hotels. This is also one of the reasons why a lot of famous people choose it as their summer residence.
